1. Where is your physical store located?

- Our physical store is located in St. Pete Beach, FL, at 7208 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33707. We offer a wide selection of hemp products, vapes, unique cannabinoid beverages, local alcoholic beverages, and smoking accessories.

2. What products do you sell?
- We offer a variety of products both online and in our St. Pete store, including: 

- CBD, Delta-8  THCA products 

- Vapes and vaping accessories
- Unique cannabinoid beverages
- Local alcoholic beverages

- Smoking accessories, including PuffCo products

3. Can I purchase the same products online that you sell in-store?
- Yes, most of the products available in our physical store are also available for purchase online. However, certain items, such as alcoholic beverages, may be exclusive to in-store purchase due to shipping restrictions.

4. What are your store hours?
- Our St. Pete store is open Monday 11am-7pm, Wednesday-Saturday 10am-10pm and Sunday 11am-3pm. For holiday hours, please check our website or contact us directly.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and cash for in-store purchases.

6. Are your products lab-tested?
- Yes, all our CBD and THCA products are third-party lab tested to ensure purity, potency, and compliance with legal THC limits. Lab reports are available upon request or can be viewed online for each product.

7. Do you offer any discounts or loyalty programs?
- Yes, we offer discounts for first-time customers, as well as a loyalty program where you can earn points on every purchase, both online and in-store. Sign up on our website or ask in-store for details.

8. What is your return policy?
- We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. For online orders,please contact us to initiate a return. For in-store purchases, bring your receipt and the unopened product back to our St. Pete location.

- Yes, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase vaping products, alcoholic beverages, and other age-restricted items. For CBD and THCA products, you must be 18 or older.
